Coach connect was originally a standalone application. When the company decided to bring it into the WebMD app, we needed to make some adjustments to make it look and feel like the rest of the app experience.
While we were doing this, we had an opportunity to make some other improvements, and even add a few new features.
After thoroughly reviewing user feedback and doing a quick heuristic analysis, I created a set of themes and provided three options based on level of effort for addressing those challenges.
