I’m a product designer who loves taking complex, high-stakes systems and turning them into simple, human experiences that just work.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve worn a few different hats—designer, researcher, product manager, and builder. That cross-functional background has taken me everywhere from shaping digital health platforms at WebMD to authoring design systems and AI tools at Microsoft.
I do my best work at the intersection of big-picture strategy and hands-on making. Whether I’m untangling a messy enterprise workflow, applying behavior change frameworks, or getting under the hood with coded prototypes and AI tools, my goal is always the same: strip away friction, bring clarity, and build things that make people’s daily lives genuinely easier.
I have domain knowledge in AI, security, IT administration, e-commerce, healthcare, learning, and play experiences. (I also enjoy creative writing, gardening, and woodworking, but I’m guessing you’re less interested in that.)
